We all met up in the morning at the site entrance, ready to start this out-of-the-ordinary day. Before heading up the trail, Celine & Guillaume took a moment to strap the canoe they had rented for later onto their car—a little sneak peek of the adventure to come!

Based on our suggestions, Celine & Guillaume picked an easy-to-reach mountain for their intimate wedding in Charlevoix, perfect for enjoying the moment without too much physical strain. Their dog Boo came along, happily trotting beside them as if he knew this was a special day. Once we reached the summit, the view was absolutely breathtaking—adding even more grandeur to their commitment.

A Deeply Emotional Moment: First Look and Personalized Ceremony

Celine’s best friend was there to help her into her outfit, tweak the final details, and share a sweet moment together before the ceremony. Meanwhile, Guillaume—nervous but excited—was eagerly waiting to see his bride. When they were both ready, they had an emotional first look before the ceremony. Seeing each other for the first time in that stunning setting, they took their time, just the two of them and Boo, to soak it all in before beginning the ceremony.

Then we slowly made our way back down the mountain, still buzzing from the joy of it all. Once at the bottom, we headed to the lake for a relaxed picnic. Out came the sandwiches, bites, and drinks. It was a simple moment—just enjoying this one-of-a-kind day together.

Canoeing and a First Dance in the Rain

Because the adventure wasn’t over yet, Celine & Guillaume decided to top it all off with a canoe ride on the lake. Just the two of them, the peaceful water, and that deep feeling of fulfillment you get after saying “yes.”
